1. Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing includes order verification, quality control, and packaging. Please note that processing times may be extended during seasonal or promotional periods.
2. Shipping costs and estimated delivery time
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The cost will be displayed at checkout before completing the order.
Estimated delivery times are also displayed at checkout and are based on the shipping method selected. Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Caviar d’Escargots is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping service.

Standard delivery: 3-7 business days
Fast delivery: 2–3 business days
International delivery: 7-21 business days (depending on destination)
3. Delivery countries
We currently ship to the following countries: Slovenia. If your country is not listed, please contact us at caviardescargots@gmail.com for shipping options.
4. Shipment confirmation and order tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the delivery service’s website.
5. Customs duties, taxes and fees
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges. Please check with your local customs office to determine what additional costs will be before ordering.
6. Damaged or lost shipments
If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately at [your company email address] and include photos of the damaged product and packaging. By submitting a claim, we will work with the delivery service to resolve the issue.
If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us at caviardescargots@gmail.com. We will contact the shipping company to investigate and file a claim if necessary. We will reship your order or issue a refund.
7. Wrong delivery address
You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Caviar d’Escargots is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the user. If you notice that the address was incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to change the address before shipping, but if the order has already shipped, please contact the shipping company directly to have the package redirected.
