Returns and Refunds Terms
Thank you for shopping at Caviar d’Escargots. We are committed to providing you with high-quality skincare products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive the product to return it.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Products that are opened, used, or damaged (unless damage occurred during delivery) are not eligible for a refund.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Please contact our customer support at caviardescargots@gmail.com and request a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Once you receive the RMA number, pack the product securely in its original packaging, if possible.
Please clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Send the package to the following address: Sv. Ema 27, 3253 Pristava pri Mestinju
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure we receive your returned product.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you of receipt. We will notify you of the status of your refund immediately after inspection.
If your refund is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the funds within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange your product for the same product, please contact us at caviardescargots@gmail.com and send the product to: Sv. Ema 27, 3253 Pristava pri Mestinju.
5. Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at [your company email address] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
6. Products that cannot be returned
The following products are not eligible for return:
Gift cards
Portable software products
Personalized or custom-made products
